A brief overview of the work
The proposed project consists of the construction of the headquarters building of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment within the Business Park in Al-Muhammadiyah district of Al-Ma'ather municipality in Riyadh. The Business Park gathering is located in the southeast corner of Imam Saud bin Abdul Aziz bin Mohammed intersection with Prince Turki I bin Abdul Aziz street. The project's land is located northwest of Riyadh city and directly overlooks Prince Turki I bin Abdul Aziz street. The land is owned by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment with a total area of about (16,900 m2). The project design is executed by the Saudi Consultancy Services (Saud Consult). The study was approved by Riyadh Municipality
